Since our body oil is primarily made from unrefined jojoba oil, which is naturally derived,
it may become cloudy or solidify when temperatures drop.
Similarly, our liquid soap, whose main ingredient is fatty acid-derived soap,
may appear cloudy or develop white crystalline spots at low temperatures.
These are temporary changes in state due to temperature fluctuations,
and do not affect the product's quality. You can use them as is.
If you are concerned, please return the product to room temperature in a warm room,
or gently warm the container in a bath of lukewarm water until it melts before use.
*Please be sure to use lukewarm water, as hot water may deform the container.
