The body oil is made primarily from 100% natural, unrefined jojoba oil, and has the property of solidifying at temperatures below 10°C.
As for liquid soap, the main ingredient, soap, is a fatty acid, so it may become cloudy or crystallize into white spots at temperatures below 10°C.
There is no problem with the quality of either product, so if you are concerned, please return it to room temperature in a warm room or place the container in lukewarm water to dissolve it before using.
*Using hot water will cause the container to deform, so please use lukewarm water instead.
